AminaM Posted June 14, 2023 Share Posted June 14, 2023 Hi everyone, After creating a custom email template in my module (/modules/module/mails) in English and in French, I try to send this new template and I always get this error: Error - The following email template does not exist: contact_custom I have tried cleaning the cache, compiling and recompiling, regenerating the languages' files, verifying the permissions, reinstalling the module, etc. Nothing seems to work. AminaM Posted June 14, 2023 Author Share Posted June 14, 2023 All the core mails are sent with no issue, but any custom mail I've created triggered an error.
