AdrienHM Posted June 11, 2023 Share Posted June 11, 2023 Hello, I have a Prestashop store (1.7.6.8) in which I sell dematerialized products: my product sheets are each linked to downloadable files. I'd like to update some information (in this case, a feature) by importing a CSV. All goes well, except for one detail: after updating via CSV import, the downloadable file attached to the product disappears: My CSV only updates what I need though (there's only one line, but that's for testing purposes): (sorry, it's in Freench. First column : Reference / Second column : Features) I've searched the forum and tried to adapt my CSV, without success. Do you know what I'm missing? Thanks a lot! Have a nice day. I've also noticed that the import of informations from a CSV always erase the category of the product, even if this CSV contains no columns about it.
