Advanced Parameter - Major issue (crash)! (4)

Hi Guys,

 

I recently upgraded my Prestashop store from 1.7.6.1 to 1.7.8.9 all is kinda well except i noticed that i am receiving quiet a few errors that i never used to get and one that is out of the unordinary is

"Major issue (crash)! (4)" "Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart"

When i look up the Object ID in the logs its a cart ID that has already been placed earlier the same day which has already been sucessfully been placed, so i am unsure what is trying to happen.

 

3:12pm the order is placed successfully as you can see from the informative only log

 

then at different times

3:12pm, 4:12pm & 8:07pm i get these "Major issue (crash)! (4)" logs when no action has been made or changed to the same cart ID and this is the same with some other carts and happens multiple times a day

 

I have also noticed another informative only comment, with no object type or ID

No template found for checkout/_partials/cart-summary-top

 

Screenshots attached, my store seems to be working fine and having no issues with checkouts as far as i am concerned
