Steven454 Posted May 4, 2023 Share Posted May 4, 2023 Hello everyone, We have installed a totally blank version of Prestashop 8.0.4 with only modules and demo products. We wanted to test the product import function. We use this function a lot, which is essential. The columns of our Excel file are not ordered like the basic configuration of the Prestashop import for the products. At the first import we configure all this and we save our configuration. Unfortunately when we call our configuration nothing happens. We initially thought there had been a problem saving our configuration. We have been checked in the database and the configuration is saved with the fields in the correct order. It is as if the "Load" button does not call the configuration. I remind you that you can all test this bug very easily because it is native to Prestashop 8 regardless of the version. We have tested them all. We tried on all 8 totally pristine versions.
