Checkout problems Prestashop 1.7

Hello I've a ecommerce site mybox.cl

It was working fine until a couple of days ago, the payment options at checkout dissapeared. And instead it loads a default form but not the payment options I've available in our shop. This is kind of random because sometimes people can see the payment methods and sometimes they can't. In the images you can see the two sceens at checkout, I need to have only our forms available and take out the default form.

How can I fix this ?

you can use this script to clean the files compromised. But you need to check the module with the security/breach to delete/upgrade it

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta Enrique, estoy buscando desarrollador para poder actualizar nuestro sitio web y la plantilla Warehouse a las versiones más actuales para mayor seguridad y poder arreglar cualquier bug que se pueda presentar. Puedes tu realizar este tipo de trabajo?

Shared hosting, most likely a php level was changed. Or you did an update of sorts
