Prescol Posted March 1, 2023 Share Posted March 1, 2023 I´m facing a strange behavior in a customer shop. Nothing has been changed by us, but suddenly, a lot of orders have 2 payments records, one for 7€ and other for the rest of transaction. Only the 7€ payment is made against official account. The other one appears as valid, but without transaction id, so Prestashop does not trigger any alert, but the money received is not the amoun expected. We did not changed nothing in the store, so it is not possible we made a mistake.
