Need to know what file to edit please for < > hover is to near!

Can someone please tell me what file needs editing to make these < > move apart i have done it in inspect and have the code but i cant find the file i need to edit.

in the perfermance option,

the css maybe compressed to one css file,

disable it,you can find the right css file

In PrestaShop 1.7 all css changes should be adde to custom.css file in your theme directory.
