annadumi Posted December 19, 2022 Share Posted December 19, 2022 Hi, I have to change the text in order confirmation template and it doesn't update after save. I tried to edit the template via ftp and from BO and the results are the same - template is showing correctly in BO but on email I got the old template. I clear cache the problem is still there.
