Manuel Tovar Posted November 21, 2022 Share Posted November 21, 2022 Prestashop version: 1.7.6.8 Php version: 7.3 Low stock checkbox does not send emails. I have configured the mail correctly and tested with the mail alerts module. This one works correctly. However, when checking the box "Send me an email when the quantity is below or equals this level" nothing happens. I have also checked the permissions for the user and they are correct.
