Prestashop version: 1.7.6.8 Php version: 7.3 Low stock checkbox does not send emails. I have configured the mail correctly and tested with the mail alerts module. This one works correctly. However, when checking the box "Send me an email when the quantity is below or equals this level" nothing happens. I have also checked the permissions for the user and they are correct. Is any extra configuration necessary to use this checkbox? Thank you!

Tengo el módulo de Alertas por correo para poder recibir la notificación cuando un producto se queda sin stock o cuando recibo una nueva orden, pero no he logrado que funcione del todo. He activado el módulo, lo he configurado y he puesto dos direcciones de correo para que me llegaran las notificaciones, una de gmail y otra de gsuit. A la cuenta de gmail le llegan todos los correos sin problema alguno, pero a la de gsuit no (No, en SPAM tampoco están), e intentado dejando sólo la cuenda de gsuit en el recuadro pero tampoco funciona, también he cambiado en Parametros Avanzados > Email la configuración por SMTP pero sigue sin funcionarme. He probado varias cosas pero no encuentro la solución al problema.

When Someone place an order on my e commerce, Prestashop send mail just to customers but not to me. My Prestashop is a 1.7.5.1 version with a Zone Supermarket theme. I check all setting without results. Can anyone help me please?

Bonjour, Je vous contacte car sur la version Prestashop 1.7.3.1 je n'arrive pas à trouver le module Mails Alerts que j'ai l'habitude d'utiliser sur la versions 1.6. (voir image-1) Je suppose qu'il a été retiré, mais je n'arrive pas trouver ces fonctionnalités sur la version Prestashop 1.7.3.1. Pouvez-vous m'indiquer ou se situe les préférences d'envois des courriels ? Le problème majeur est que je reçois tous les courriels des produits hors stock, ce qui ne m'intéresse pas. Hi, We are developing a PS 1.7.3.3 shop with warehouse template 4.8.5 We have noticed that anytime a product reaches a low stock ammount then all the SiteAdmin profiles of the shop are notified by email. This is very anoying because those alerts should only arrive to the shop-staff (which also uses SiteAdmin profiles for backoffice), but not to the webmasters profiles.... Anyway... I know that PS 1.6 has a module called PS_emailalerts that is used to manage those settings, however I can't find anything like that on PS 1.7 Should I install the PS_emailalerts on PS 1.7 to manage those alerts or is it there any other way to fix that? Hola buenos días a toda la comunidad, mi asunto es el siguiente: Estoy utilizando el modulo de pagos de transbank "webpay" y tengo instalado el modulo de "emailalerts" de prestashop. Cuando el cliente anula la compra en el formulario de webpay se envía al administrador el documento de detalle de pedido, quisiera que no se envie cuando el estado de pedido sea "Cancelado". Muchas gracias por su ayuda y espero me puedan orientar a resolver esta cuestión. -

Hallo, bij bestellingen willen wij dat het order (automatisch) uitrolt naar een dedicated printer.De reden hiervoor is dat de verkoopsters de print bemerken en de bestelling dan ook onmiddellijk weg nemen uit de winkel. Ik heb wat zitten zoeken en in het forum: er is een thread omtrent mail alert maar blijkbaar is deze module niet meer beschikbaar vanaf 1.6. Ik vind ook niets terug binnen de addons site! De link die in de thread van 2017 vermeldt wordt (github) is ook al nier meer geupdated sinds 2016 Iemand enig idee of dit uberhaupt kan? Of andere werkbare oplossingen heeft gebruikt/gebruikt? -
Liebe Presta- Experten! :-) Ich nutze die Version 1.6.1.17 und muss nur noch die Mail Benachrichtigung bei Bestelleingang erstellen. Die suche im Forum sagte mir:"Geh zu Module -> such "mailalerts" und konfigurier das"! Leider ist dieses Modul nicht zu finden! Auch andere Begriffe Mail Alerts, Mail Benachrichtigung, etc. lassen das Modul nicht erscheinen. Könnt ihr mir sagen wo oder wie ich das einstellen kann? Vorab vielen herzlichen Dank und frohe Feiertage! -
I am running PS 1.5.4.1 and found an error. Hopefully someone here can help fix it. Good news is, I think I know what is causing the error...just not sure what code needs to be changed. On PS 1.5.4.1, running Mail Alerts module version 2.4. If the customer is NOT logged in, a product that is currently out of stock correctly displays a "Notify me when available" button with a field for the non-logged in user to enter their email. This appears to run from: /modules/mailalerts/mailalerts.php and creates a table called: prefix_mailalert_customer_oos For the first non-logged in user that enters their email for an out-of-stock product, it correctly creates a record in this table. The columns in the table are: id_customer, customer_email, id_product, id_product_attribute, id_shop. A non-logged in user is given the 'id_customer' of "0". The problem lies here. If another non-logged in user attempts to enter their email, mailalerts throws back the error "You already have an alert for this product". Apparently, mailalerts is referencing the 'id_customer' AND 'id_product'. If a non-logged in user which is given the 'id_customer' of "0" has stored their email for that 'id_product', mailalerts is NOT allowing it to store another user's email address in 'customer_email' for the same product. So, how can we get mailalerts to store multiple email addresses in 'customer_email' for non-logged in users in the 'id_customer'=0 and an 'id_product' has already been stored in the table? I used phpMyAdmin to browse this table to figure this out. It was also handy to finally see what customers and how many are storing email alerts for what products. I wish there was a place in the BO to see this rather than logging in to phpMyAdmin. However, we need to get this code changed so it will store multiple non-logged in users to register their emails for the same OOS product. Hopefully I was thorough enough to get some of the more advanced users on here the necessary data to offer some suggestions. Thanks, -Mark -

Hello, I'm trying to setup the email alerts using the status codes from the back office, but I wan't to setup the sender email to be different according to each status code. For example when an order be placed the customer will receive a Mail notification from [email protected] and when an order marked as shipped the customer will recive a mail from do-not-r[email protected] Is that possible? Thank you...

Bonjour après des heures et des heures de recherche sur le net, il semble que le module Mailalerts (qui envoie les emails au client et à l'admin en cas de commande) ne fonctionne pas plus ! Est ce quelqu'un pourrait m'aider je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'attend ça pour lancer le site. Je suis en 1.5.6.1, chez OVH. Real time order notification in back office

In 1.5.x when a new order is placed an order notification is displayed at the top in back office. This notification is only updated when a page is reloaded and is therefore not updated in real time. Is there a way this can be configured to update in real time? For example if I am logged in back office and not doing anything else I will only know that a order is placed either through an email alert or whenever I decided to reload the back office page. I don't want to rely on email for notification and I don't want to keep hitting refresh on the website. -
Hi All, Can anyone explain what's use of My Alert under My Account block in footer? I am trying to test it (by sending messages to user from BO) to see how it is useful to a user but I am not seeing any alert in My Alert page.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine Frage zu dem Modul "mailalerts" und zu den Standard-Mails aus dem Verzeichis "mails/de/". Ich möchte nach einer Bestellung eine Mail an den Kunden, wie auch an den Shopbetreiber senden. Das funktioniert auch schon. Die Konfiguration ist korrekt. Nun ist aber der Inhalt der Mails nicht zufriedenstellend. Mail an Kunden aus Ordner "mails/de": Hier ist ein Marker {order_name} mit Ausgabe: NVMWUJHFL Mail an Shopadmin "mailalerts": Hier ist der gleiche Marker {order_name}, Ausgabe aber: 008001 Hier mein Problem. Ich würde gerne in beiden Mails die gleiche Ausgabe haben. Was ist der entsprechende Marker für Modul mailalerts, dass die gleiche Ausgabe entsteht? Grüsse aussteiger -
Bonjour, Ma boutique tourne sous Presta 1.4.8 et je ne trouve pas où traduire le module pour prévenir les clients du retour d'un produit out of stock. J'ai cherché "mail" "mail alerts" "notify"... Hi Running version 1.4.5.1 and believe that I have a problem not in earlier version. Customers are unable to delete product alerts. Can anyone running this version please test and let me know if it is a common problem or just on my site. Thanks in advance G
