Set custom email message for specific carriers

Post in job offers to find developer to help you with this project.  The preferred method for PS would be to create a new status for each carrier type, there you can define I think the email template.   But this is not supported by PS, maybe  there is a module somewhere...else you should have dev (build relationship) that can help you implement new features.
