Vi è mai capitato che i prodotti nel backoffice hanno le immagini e invece nel frontoffice non si vedono ?cliccando sull'immagine il link da immagine non esistente. Ho rigerato le miniature, svuotato la cache, disattivato e riattivato i Friendly Url.. qualcuno può aiutarmi ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Non ricordo l'esatta posizione, però mi sembra che quando carichi un'immagini Prestashop crea una cartella specifica all'interno della cartella "img" con un percorso che dipende dal numero che trovi nel campo "riferimento" del tuo articolo. Quindi se il riferimento è 1234 dovrebbe inserirti tutte le immagini create in una cartella simile a /img/1/2/3/4 Dovresti vedere qui se ci sono e se le visualizzi. daninapoli Posted November 18, 2022 Author Share Posted November 18, 2022 facendo varie prove, l'unica soluzione funzionate che mi ha ripristinato le immagini dove non si vedevano e tenere disattivato riscrittura degli URL. non so se questa cosa è giusta . Ho provato diverse volte a riattivare l'opzione ma appena la abilito le immagini non sono + visibili. Qualcuno sa consigliarmi qualcosa in merito ?
