Error importing products Ps 1.7.8.7: file_get_contents_curl failed to download "URL image" : (error code 28)

Hello,

I have a problem importing my products.
Every time I try to import a .CSV I get an "Error copying image" message, but the products are imported. If I activate the Debugg mode, I just don't care about the products and I get the error:
Symfony Exception:
file_get_contents_curl failed to download https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8b/Prestashop-logo-vector.png : (error code 28) Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds.

I use php 7.4, and I also just updated to the latest version 1.7.8.7 in case it was an error from the previous one, but without success.

I have read these posts before asking for help, but I don't know if it could be a server problem, since I have tried everything and I can't solve it.

what is the path and format of your images? How many lines in total does the csv have?

Estoy utilizando un CSV con 11.000 productos, pero estoy intentanto importar uno con 5 productos y nada. Llevo arrastrando mucho este problema y no se por donde cogerlo para poner la tienda en marcha.

Te dejo un archivo de prueba para que veas su estructura.

I had no problem with the images, I think something is wrong with your server, what is the name of the company that hosts you?

have the same issue, the products have been imported "succesfully" but the image haven't been imported from the feed. have you find a solution?
