Slow backoffice every 4 hours

A curious thing happens to me, the backoffice becomes slow for 9 min at 12.30, at 16.30, at 20.30, (every 4 hours) during the rest of the day it goes very well.

I don't have any cron task, I don't exceed the server limits either.

I have checked logs and there are no errors. I contact my hosting provider and they tell me they don't see anything unusual.

I've also been disabling non-native modules before the error happens and also not.

I'm in prestashop 1.7.8.7

I got previously same problem i never found how to solve it until i changed my server.

All other sites was working perfectly but my main PS get lag every 4 hours!

In the end I'm going to have to change server if I do.

My current provider has been good, looking for the error, but they haven't been able to find it.

Maybe you can try to clone it on an other server and try something with loader.io

if you are using a shared or vps (non dedicated) hosting then it's very possible that another on same hosting footprint is impacting you and everyone elses performance, i.e. they have 'heavy' process that is taking away from your slice of the hosting.
