Adrian P. Vales Posted August 8, 2022 Share Posted August 8, 2022 Hello. I bought this mod that doesn't work as expected, so I contact the developers and they ask me for access to the backoffice. The problem is that I don't trust giving they access to all the customers information. What would be the best way to give they access to the backoffice, to review the configuration, but without being able to access the customer data? Thanks in advance. Create a dev copy of your production shop. 2. always test on dev copy first, if issue give access to dev copy to developer so they can solve problem to your satisifaction 3. then move to production, with or without developers help ALWAYS have a dev copy of your shop, else you will break it beyond your capability to fix...out of business like so many before you 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
