Mail Alerts

[Rainbow Trade]

We recently upgraded to Prestashop version 1.7.8.5. We used to receive mail alerts when orders where placed on our website but since the upgrade we no longer receive these. The language folder "GB" has the correct files in it like what was in there on the previous version of Prestashop we were using. Has any one else experienced the same problems and how did they fix the issue?

Try with module reset. Also test mail settings on prestashop.

Thank you. I tried a module reset but unfortunately this didn't work. I did do a test email but nothing has come through.

Are you using PHP Mail function or custom SMTP?

In Advanced Parameters > E-mail is there a record of the mail being sent?

Also, has anything recently changed with your domain/hosting setup?

Thank you for your email. All sorted now. The email settings with our hosting provider were incorrect. They have changed these now and the emails are working again.
