Unable to add address as customer

Hi

I am having issues with customers not being able to add delivery address. I get an error stating to correct an error but no field is being highlighted as shown on the screenshot. If I make a mistake on the postcode though I do get an error highlighting the postcode field, but when all fields are properly filled in I am stuck without knowing which error it is referring to. 

When I turn on the debug mode, I am stuck as shown in screenshot named admin.jpg and what shows on the "add new adress" I am geting the debug as shown in screenshot called adress.jpg

You can tell us which PrestaShop version you're using and which PHP version you're running?

when stuck, consider posting in job sections, there is good young talent that are willing to help at affordable price.  also for open source, if you are not comfortable with all areas (who is?) it's good to have established relationship with trusted dev.  without some dev support, it's easy to fail over simple things.  shopify is much easier by the way.
