What exactly is it you're trying to do? just trying to change the name "cash on delivery" to something else. i've change the wording on translations but emails still show cash on delivery on {payment} placeholder. What he is trying to say is that the text Cash on Delivery cannot be changed in order-confirmation template or in email templates. The text isn't translatable and this has bugged since 2017.
