New URL still pointing to old URL

I changed the server for my shop. But it is still pointing to the old URL. I tried to make all the changes in the .htaccess but no result. Then, I tried to find ps_shop_url. It does not seem to exist in PHP my admin area. Could anyone please guide me how to fix the issue?

jparts.jp should have been my new URL. But it takes me back to http://aliyana53.sg-host.com/

It would appear that your dns is not setup correctly either in host or from you domain registrar.

for faster service contact your hosting company, they can generally help with this type of issue.

on your hosting, you created the jparts.jp webspace and copied files there yes, but do contact your hosting because without hands on we can only guess what is issue.

you can update ps_shop_url via admin, if you cannot access admin then via phpmyadmin, I think configure table.  you man need to search...

Thank you again for willing to help.  The hosting provider has verified that there is no issue with the DNS. I tried to find ps_shop_url in the config table. But, unfortunately, there was no entry liuke that in it. Maybe I am making a mistake.  Is there any other way out to solve the issue?

Hi,

DBprifex_shop_url is a table (not in config table & make sure ur db prefix start with PS_) serach this on the root. if it does not exit there then please make sure you are not using multistore? if not then your databse is not created/migrated correctly.

Thanks. Surprisingly, ALL the tables in the old server as well as the new one start with the prefix soft. I am unable to find the table you suggested. Maybe the solution lies somewhere else.

Look for soft_shop_url table in the database it must be there. (it is a table not column) - This is the first place and first step where you have to change the url.

Thank you. I was able to find the info you advised me and actually made the required changes. However, now the site is giving a different problem as you can see below the error message it is showing.  Is there any easy fix for this?

Please disable Ps_Googleanalytics module and then check.

Is debug mode off?

when you created your hosting you opted in to to use an internally generated domain name.

did you create your production domain and then copy files from temporary generated domain name? (it would connect to existing mysql). 

here is example, where I am using a temp internal domain that I can test with, to move to production I would  create prod domain and copy files over.  then switch dns

Thank you again for the generous support. I feel indebted to all of you.  Now, I have finally started seeing my site. But, now 404 error started appearing on all the links in the site no matter what link I click on.  I hope that problem can also be solved easily. But, How. I need to find it out.
