Joey Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 We upgraded to 1.7.8.5 and now all of our order emails are formatted really poorly... we even took our mail folder from our 1.7.8.4 backup directly and replaced the new one and it didn't help. Joey Posted March 24, 2022 Author Share Posted March 24, 2022 Ok... we see what is happening now.... for some reason our shop switched from using classic templates to modern templates. We didn't make this change and when we open the email templates manager only the classic template shows for selection. Is this a bug in 1.7.8.5? I noticed in documentation that it says modern templates were only available from 1.7.6 on... so this could be the reason why we're not seeing this option in the email templates module Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Joey Posted March 24, 2022 Author Share Posted March 24, 2022 Aha... the design section now has an email theme area and for some reason upgrading to 1.7.8.5 switched it over to modern.
