API 302 (#CON11)

Good day, I wanted to connect via API to the Baselinker system. Unfortunately, during the connection it displays me an error:
This call to PrestaShop Web Services returned an unexpected HTTP status of:302 (#CON11)

Have any of you had this situation when connecting to the API? How can I fix it? Please help

unfortunately not. I moved the store to wordpress and it works fine

I resolve after I speak with them and they do the job for me. I don't know what they do, but it works fine now.

In Shop Parameters > SEO & URL make sure that the shop domain and SSL domain are without www, so website.com. That fixed it for me.

You can also in the Baselinker configuration add "www" in front of your "shop address". That worked for me.
