Work needed - Prestashop 1.7.5 to 1.7.8 + bug fixes

Hello, I have the following site  http://www.cinefacil.net/ is working relatively good, but I have some problems that I need to fix, all these problems happened since I upgrade the system from 1.5 to 1.7 because my hosting decide to deprecate PHP 5 i think if I am not wrong, so I am looking for someone who has time to fix for me some problems as I do not have the time to do this job.

1- The 1 click update module is not working and it throws timeout
2- Make the admin more responsive as is very slow.
3- Upgrade Prestashop to the latest version
4- Leave it error free (at least the major ones in the log)
