Smartssupp Live Chat module

Good Morning,

I found out one of the things that was causing the error 504 on my shop and it was the home page product images (the size was 800x800 then browser tried to render to 300x300 wich was not good at all). My shop is working now but i have a kind of a problem wich i recently installed a live chat in my store from Smartssup and i wanna remove it, i have disabled via Back-Office and via Database (in the ps_modules table) but still it shows up. Is there any way to remove this module so i can increase the my shop performance?

Disabled or uninstalled and folder was removed? Cache cleared?  Did you check on other browser if it's still there?

on other browsers it still appears but gonna check all the things you mention.

in the modules folder i got the smartssupp module but renamed to smartsupp_old and in the back office i dont see any reference to the module. Should i remove it via FTP or should i remove it from Back Office ?

I uninstalled the module via Back Office and cleared cache after and the module doesn't show up on Back Office module list but is appearing on Front Office aswell on FTP. What should i do to remove this module ?
