Shop with bad performance and giving error 504

Hello,

I have been making a lot of testing with my shop and i cannot acess to my BO because its giving me error 504 (i even use an auto refresher and still cannot access to my backoffice). In the dev tools , under performance tab , i try to find the faulty module so i can remove it but i have found that a javascript file is taking time to load. If i cannot access to my Back Office because of error 504 how can i move the js of my theme that is giving me slow load time to the footer of the website so it can improve the performance when i need to use the force compilation and clear cache options or it will not work. Is there any way to move the javascript in head.tpl of my theme to the footer.tpl without using the force compilation and clear cache in performance tab in my back office ??

This a rather vague error report. Please be more specific:

 - 504 is gateway timeout. Are you behind routers, etc.

 - what is an auto refresher.

 - I cannot match "a lot testing" with "cannot access my BO". Did it initially work ok?

 - where is "In the dev tools , under performance tab"?

 - why can't you remove a module because of a javascript file? You can physically remove it with FTP.
