Alien(PL) Posted October 27, 2021 Share Posted October 27, 2021 Hi guys, The patient is Presta 1.7.6.5 for a few months everything worked smooth but without any reason ps_cashondelivery turned off. Can't turn it on, when I try to do it by module list it prompts with a success message however module stays off. No errors whatsoever, everything else works smoot. justmeagain Posted October 30, 2021 Share Posted October 30, 2021 I had a similar problem with a different module - ps kept saying was active but wasn't - have you checked in database? I used phpmyadmin to navigate to the module and manually changed it from 0 (inactive) to 1 (active)....saved and voila worked. Not sure what caused it on that one module.
