User cannot add Address

Good morning. I'm having an issue on the creation of customer in my page. I'm trying to understand what it is but it doesnt show any errors.

I upgraded the prestashop version to 1.6.3 - 1.7.8 recently and when i went to test the creation of new customer i found out that it wasnt working properly. Not the registration itself but after, when im associating an address to the billing \ shipping - I get this screen it says "Correct the error below" .It doesnt seem that the filling of the form is incorrect., no field is highlighted... i tried developer tools from browser but there are no errors on it also, so im a bit clueless

After the user registered itself . I can properly add an address in the backoffice but on the customer page this is not possible:

Well... did you enable debug mode and see what error you get?
