DArnaez Posted August 20, 2021 Share Posted August 20, 2021 A client didn't received an email to download the product. The issue was in the product. Now the product is fine with the file uploaded. Either client could download from order page if you have such option. You could send it manually. If you have attachment download on order status, just resent using change order status page.
