Swelling Posted June 25, 2021 Share Posted June 25, 2021 Hi, We have had several reports of registered users having issues of their basket items disappearing when adding more items. We are recommending they clear their cache but are concerned that others are not reporting issues and therefore bouncing at this stage. PrestaHeroes USA Posted June 26, 2021 Share Posted June 26, 2021 many over the years have reported this type of issue. you will need to provide a lot more information for anyone to have a chance to solve. your domain php level full ps version have you been able to recreate? because you are on old PS version, it's possible your hosting changed your php level...that will break things Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
