Dean Walsh Posted June 14, 2021 Share Posted June 14, 2021 (edited) Before I start, there are a few issues that popped up today but I feel this is the main one: So basically any previous customers that view the website get a blank page, also any new user (or incognito user) that try to create a new account are met with a blank screen also. I have trial and error'd turning on and off cache, debug and clearing cache. We did recently install a new module (Products Bundle Advanced - Product Pack Module) from the official marketplace and then uninstalled it, it is highly likely this started right after we uninstalled it. I won't make the OP too big so I will leave it at that for any further questions, thanks in advance! PHP version: 7.3.28 PrestaShop version: 1.7.7.1 *EDIT* We had to roll back due to loss of sales, after a rollback before the installation of the module, all was well. **Also I don't know how to close a topic apologies, if someone could do it/tell me how!
