New European VAT regulations July 2021 - country selection when visting shop

Hello,

Starting July 1st. tax on sales above €10.000 in a EU country must be issued in that particular country.
This means we have to show different tax rates for each customer.

Is there a module or another way to archieve this:

When you enter the webshop you need to select your country first so the system immidiately  knows which tax rate must be shown, instead of the checkout page.

I have been looking for something like this but had no succes,

Did you try International > Localization > ( Download the language from the browser + Set the default country based on your browser language ) Either Geo localization for auto country selection?
