error while installing new prestashop 1.7.7.1

While installing prestashop 1.7.7.1 for the first time I get this error in the last phase of the installation proces.

ERROR [console] Error thrown while running command "prestashop:schema:update-without-foreign --env=prod". Message: "An exception occured while establishing a connection to figure out your platform version.

I allready tried all Localhost,  local IP nr, 127.0.0.1 . alle of them the same error. I am using Synology DS1813+ with webstation enabled and PHP7.4/7.2 profile

I am not sure but maybe you should try to use lower version of PHP, like php 7 ?

I am not fully aware of Synology. With Xampp it works fine.
