Customize and add to cart solution

Hi there, i was looking everywhere for a solution to make one click for the customization text and add to cart button. But i only managed to find the solution for 1.6 in some old threads like below:

Did someone manage to find an adequate solution for 1.77

 

I mean it s really a plus to be able to save customzed text just by cliking add to cart.

 Jody, can you provide a link to a shop that has a similar feature?  it does not have to be a prestashop.  

 I ask only because the feature within PS or link, might suck anyway loool.  i.e. there might be better visitor solution...post here example
