Can Not Log Back Into Prestashop After Upgrade Failed And Backup Was Restored

We tried the 1 click upgrade and it failed, we restored a backup and this was successful but as soon as we tried to take the maintenance off it logged us out and we have been unable to log back in

I have Tried Different Browsers, cleared cache used incognito mode as well.

My Main site is giving a 500 Server Error As Well

Any Advice?

Upgrade to what version? Was it a 1.7x ?

Hi its was the quick upgrade from 1.6.1.1 to 1.6.1.24

Thank you I have a backup of prestashop I did before the attempted upgrade would it be best to drop that DB back into phpmyadmin?
