areoutlet Posted November 19, 2020 Share Posted November 19, 2020 I have made a purchase of a module that in its description indicated that it imported JSON files, when buying and using it I verified that it was not valid for all JSON, a big surprise, after trying to fix it with the developer "Community developer" tells me that I will not be able to import it. In prestashopAddons they do not make refunds, talk to who you talk to, it is impossible, I just want to inform the whole community of this event so that you do not buy relying on the descriptions or even the developer's responses, I could attach their monkey responses to which nobody help or guide PrestashopAddons is already down enough for these bad practices to end up discrediting this platform.
