I noticed that this is what happens when I change settings or turn on / off other modules or sometimes after crons job. Have you ever encountered such a phenomenon? Failure to find the direct cause of this problem. I use classic-rocket theme and default menu module. UPDATE: I noticed that the menu always crashes after updating any other module.
