thomaska Posted September 19, 2020 Share Posted September 19, 2020 Hi, I have a prestashop 1.7.5.0 website and suddenly, a few days ago i realize that there was a lot of abandoned carts or Not Ordered carts. That was strange and i start searching the reason. I saw that when the user press the button to "add to cart" the ajax popup appears informing that the product has been successfully added to the cart, but the products in the cart number is zero 0 and if you navigate to the cart, the cart is empty. On the otherhand, in the backoffice the shopping cart has been created and the status is Non Ordered for the guests and Abandoned for the registered customers. musicmaster Posted September 20, 2020 Share Posted September 20, 2020 Looks like the feedback from an ajax call doesn't arrive. Check for both php and javascript errors. Most likely when you refresh the page the cart will be ok. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
