tavotevas Posted July 26, 2020 Share Posted July 26, 2020 Hello all, I'm having this weird thing happening and i cannot fix it for two days straight...feel like going crazy. So recently i have updated Prestashop from 1.5.4 to 1.6.1 and then to 1.7.6 and everything seems to work fine, except for one thing.. Whenever you go to guest checkout and fill out the first step form and press continue (to step no.2 where u should imput address) it just redirects to shopping cart and says it is empty. In the BO there is a notification that there is a new customer registered, but he didn't finish the order. BUT, if you create an account seperately (NOT DURING CHECKOUT) then everything goes as it suppose to be... I have tried debug mode, there is no error. Browser console does not show any errors. I have tried to delete Cache through Advanced parameters->performance I have tried to truncate ps_connections ps_connections_source ..... I have tried to change cookie name classes/cookie.php I have tried changing friendly url, turning off modules .... I have no idea what to do next.....
