Help to zendesk module/ Aydua al modulo de zendesk

Estoy tratando de subir el modulo en formato (zip), ya verifique la version y si es compatible 1.7.6.5, y me sale el siguiente error: "Attempted to load class "ZipArchive" from the global namespace.
Did you forget a "use" statement?" 

Solo estoy subiendo el zip y he intentado con otros zips y no me puede subir ninguno

Ask your hosting if extension libzip is enabled in your server.

Send them this error.
