Impossible to see "Stocks"

Hello,

For me it's impossible to see stocks. Here is console logs, but I don't think it's correlated to my problem

error on BO pages:

What can I do? I can't modify quantity exept in the db directry or on probuct page.

P.S. As you can see, on the right top corner must be error message, but I have some bug, no text showed.

Changed from 7.3 to 7.2, nothing changed
