504 Gateway time out - Backoffice interface

Hi,

  From 3:15 am to 5:15 am GMT today, I was not able to access to our backoffice interface. So, I wanted to raise a case on this forum but I noticed prestashop.com website was not available. Then, as soon as the prestashop.com website was back online, the backoffice interface of our website was also available. Coincidence or could some feed from prestashop.com block the backoffice if it is not available?

Uninstall the module Merchant Expertise which communicates with the PS server.
