Contact form confirmation email bug

Hello,

'Contact us' form does not include first name and last name input fields, but it tries to add them in email.

In sent email it shows : "Hi, {firstname} {lastname},". How to remove "{firstname} {lastname}" ? 

It also adds order id and product id, which can not be added as well. 

I use 'classic' theme.

I tried changing email translation by removing {firstname} {lastname} and order id, product id. Cleared cache. Nothing changed.
