Website dosent render correctly after install

Hi, I have managed to deploy Prestashop to a Heroku server, everything installed correctly, but now when I load up the website it dosent render correctly. I'm not a developer so I have difficulty troubleshooting this but I guess that the style settings are not being applied correctly?  Any ideas on what it could be would be greatly appreciated and help me with my troubleshooting.

This is what you get when the stylesheets (.css files) are not loaded. 

Try emptying the cache and regenerating the .htaccess file.
