Modify Payment Page

I am trying to modify the payment methods ( cheque, bankwire, cash on delivery )

I am able to modify the green area successful by changing from the translate area.

 

But found 2 problems,

 

First, I want to add an image in the payment area (red box). Which file should I edit?? I tried edit these 3 files without success (payment_execution.tpl, payment.tpl, payment_return.tpl)

 

Second, I want to change the url (red circle)

FYI, I tired install FREE UNIVERSAL PAYMENT but nothing happened after I upload the module.
