Change default text "Lorem ipsum.." & Advertisement(monitor) pic from theme?

Where do I change this text that comes with the default themes? Im really clueless on PHP/MySQL thing?
"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet ...Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident..Lorem ipsum do. ."
I tried editing xml, php file but it doesnt change in the main page. Not sure if it has to be done in sql db. Wish there was an option to change in ADMIN page. Help please?

Also, is there a place where I can change advertisement picture(Computer Monitor) that comes with the default theme?
Wish there was an option somewhere in ADMIN page to change these functions :zip: . It did change when I replaced the existing picture with different one. Hopefully it will be editable/replacable by a click of a button in next version.

I simply wish for a script that I can change texts, pixs, add category and ready to go without having to learn the script/programming. Its been a pain changing above two stuff for me :-S and Im still stuck with my old ASP website till this is fixed.

1. Back Office->Modules->Home Text Editor, edit the text there.
2. Back Office->Modules/Block Advertising->Configure and change there.
