Address addon does not work on addons.prestashop.com, but tech support ignores this.

When you add a new address in the basket, nothing happens. When creating a new address in the profile - I get the error "Something wrong ..."

The store owner created accounts twice and tried to make a purchase, but he did not succeed.

I already have the entered address and I can make a purchase, but if I try to create a new address in order to enter new data, I get an error.
