Move products and categories from a version to another one

Hello,

I have a big issue. I have Prestashop 1.7.3.2 and aparently I cannot acces it (front and admin), but I have acces to databases. 

I try to put it on localhost and it won't open. It keep saying "This site can’t be reached.  localhost refused to connect."

I want to know if there is a way to export products and categories from this databases and import in another one (presta 1.7.6.3). I have over 4000 products and it's not easy.

yes, just export all of the accessory, attribute, category, feature, image, product and stock tables.
You will need to copy over  img/p as well

Export to csv or sql?

When I import in the new tables, I choose Import or Insert ?
