Modules/Home directory - Should I be concerned?

With the recent PHP security vulnerability, I am concerned about a directory I found: /presta/modules/home

It contains many shortcuts/symlinks to other files that I don't have created. Here are some examples of the filenames:

• abuse CPANEL
• abuse DRUPAL.txt
• abuse PRESTASHOP.txt
• dummywwwexecuser PHPBB.txt
• dummywwwexecuser PRESTASHOP.txt
• dummywwwexecuserJOOMLA.txt
• ftp OTHER.txt
• ftp PRESTASHOP.txt
• ftp RESELLER.txt

I believe I need to delete these files, but want to make sure no one else has this as well. Or if someone else can confirm that these should be deleted.
