[Feature request] Modern translation system

Hello,

Translations in prestashop is a total mess, Merchants don't want to lose hours tring to understend where find the right translation

In PS 1.7 the translation search also doesn't work

For me the best solution is implementing a translation function direct in the front office, showing labels to translate and make the translation directly in front office.

Obviously studying the thing in order to carry out the translations even with the online store without customers being shown the function to make the translations.

I think many traders care about this.
