I have bought the module which supposedly should fix my structured data, and it has made 0 impact into my website ( Tested with google structured data testing tool.). So now the developer says he will look into this ASAP and it has been 2 days since last I did hear from him. Is the only option as a refund ( I will buy same module from a different developer ) to charge back the payment processing company?
