AliceBS Posted January 22, 2020 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Hello, I am trying to create an order on back office for a customer. The customer has already create its account, made its order and paid. But apparently a mistakes jumped-in, as we receive the money yet the order does not appear anywhere in PrestaShop. The idea was to create manually the order. However, when I go to order -> create new order -> and select the customer by clicking on "choose", nothing happened. The selected customer is suppose to be highlighted in green, and underneath the part to select which items - but nothing. Anybody knows where this can be coming from?
